Job Description
As part of a 2-6 man team, you will work four, 10-hour days each week on new home construction sites installing interior wood trim. We install ceiling and wall paneling, hang and case custom doors, trim windows, install (scribe to floor) base board and crown moldings. Often, we create custom built-in cabinetry and unique, specific details like coffered ceilings, window seats, bunk beds, fireplace surrounds, bookshelves, etc. Employees must think creatively, communicate clearly and work efficiently and collaboratively.
